Bill was raised in El Monte California until 1968. In 1968 he and his family move to El Centro California.
He graduated from Mojove High School in 1976.
He worked for Citizen Utilities in Bull Head City Arizona from 1978 to 2000. In 2000, Bill and his family moved to Las Vegas Nevada and he went to work for the Las Vegas Valley water district.
Monica and her family moved to Bullhead City Nevada from there home in Redlands California in 1977.
While she and her husband Bill were raising there son Josh, Monica worked in several part and full time jobs in Bullhead City. The last 7 years living in Bullhead City she worked for Citizen Utilities with her Husband Bill. After selling there house in Bullhead City in the year 2000, she moved to Las Vegas to rejoin her husband Bill.
In the 2004, Josh lived in Bullhead City Nevada and worked for Mohave Electric Cooperative.

Bullhead City man dies in two-car crash
Tuesday, December 27, 2005 7:34 PM PST BULLHEAD CITY. A 27-year-old Bullhead City man was killed Monday night in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 95. Around 9:48 p.m., the driver of a 1996 Ford F-150 pickup, Joshua Jay Turner, was northbound on Highway 95 when he reportedly struck a southbound vehicle turning left. Turner's truck flipped over and came to a rest off the road landing upside down. Turner died at the scene, Turner was not wearing seat belts, the state Department of Public Safety report stated. The other car, a 2004 Hyundai driven by Christy Uhl of Fort Mojave, was turning east off Highway 95 onto El Rodeo Road. Uhl was not injured
